ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of the product. However products sent that are not in accordance with an order placed with us, such as texture, length can be returned for an exchange.

Hair extensions can be returned for an exchange, under this policy, if the product is not as specified by customer, including wrong length or texture (you order loose wave and received a different texture), but must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring. Pictures and descriptions are provided for each texture so that each customer can be certain that the texture that they choose is to their specifications. All merchandise is shipped via DHL

Please allow 6 hours for payment processing, payments are verified through a third party. Product processing can take between 1-2 business days for proper processing and accuracy. Merchandise will be sent after processing has been completed and you will receive an email confirming payment along with a tracking number. We are closed on Sundays, therefore, merchandise purchased after 12noon Saturday will be shipped the following normal business day.
